High blood pressure, also referred to as hypertension, silently impacts thousands in our community—but it doesn’t have to stay that way. Join us for a powerful 2-day community event dedicated to education, empowerment, and real change for Tupelo and the rural South.
Over the course of two days, you’ll hear from leading experts in internal medicine, cardiovascular health, nutrition, and fitness—alongside real stories of hope and success from patients who’ve learned how to take control of their health.
Day 1 – Friday, September 19
Evening Dinner & Discussion: We’ll kick things off with a warm Southern dinner as experts share vital information on understanding your diagnosis, knowing what to expect from your healthcare provider, and how to confidently ask the right questions to get the care you deserve.
Day 2 – Saturday, September 20
Lunch & Learning – Before the Game: We know there’s an Ole Miss game later in the afternoon—but this is a chance to pregame with purpose. We’ll feed you lunch and fuel you with the tools you need to:
• Advocate for better health policies in the rural South
• Gain access to better nutrition
• Improve communication with your doctor
• Understand your role in shaping your own health outcomes
Why You Should Come: This is more than a health event—it’s about changing the story for our community. It’s about making sure every patient in Tupelo and the rural South has the knowledge, resources, and confidence to live a longer, healthier life.
Your health is your best investment. Let’s make it together.
Dinner on us Friday. Lunch on us Saturday.
Your future? Priceless.
